A good business strategy would include train the trainer classes.  Learning is a very important element of a business.  Effective training is a necessity.  A business that does not take care to train employees has difficulty adapting to any change.  The delegates who are chosen to attend the classes will develop the skills they already have.  For these delegates to be able to train people they must have confidence in their abilities.

A good start for all the delegates will be to question the techniques they use.  In a group of peers there will be a great deal of interaction.  They will help each other to be aware of their weaknesses and strengths.  The delegates will be able to go back to their workplace and structure a training initiative.  A properly trained trainer will present appropriate support material as well as content.
